Your Honey-Do List Is Getting Longer. Let’s Make It Shorter.

Loose handles, a sticking door, a shelf still waiting to go up? Jason explains how to get your small repair list ready and plan the work.

You pull the cabinet open, and the handle wiggles again. The bedroom door needs a shove. That shelf is still leaning against the wall, waiting for “next weekend.”

Small jobs have a way of becoming part of the scenery. You work around them until you realize you have a whole list.

That is a good time to call me.

What is on your list?

I help homeowners with everyday repairs and installations such as:

  • Loose handles and hardware: cabinet pulls, knobs, and door hardware that need attention.
  • Doors that stick or will not latch: checking the hinges, alignment, and latch to work out what needs fixing.
  • Small drywall repairs: holes, dents, and patches you would like finished properly.
  • Things that need hanging: shelves, curtain rods, and pictures, with the wall and mounting hardware checked for the job.
  • Furniture assembly: getting that boxed item built, positioned, and secured according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

You do not need to know the repair. Just tell me what is happening.

Before you buy parts, send me a photo

A new handle, hinge, or bracket is only helpful if it fits. Send one photo of the whole area and one close-up of the problem. If you already have the item, include its packaging, model number, or product link.

Then send your full list and your city. Put your most important jobs first so we can plan around them.

Can several jobs be done together?

Often, small jobs can be planned for the same visit. We will discuss the list first. Drywall finishing may need drying time; some repairs need additional parts or a return visit. I will explain what to expect before we schedule the work.

Your labor quote depends on the full scope. Materials, parts, and replacement products are extra unless included in your quote. Any price changes are agreed before work begins. No deposit is required.

Let’s check a few things off
